Nicole Lennartz, Violin II

Nicole Lennartz Becht – Violin Nicole is a Pittsburgh-born violinist who started playing at the age of 3. She is the CEO of Radiant Strings and the 9-12th Grade Adjunct String Teacher at Pittsburgh CAPA High School. Nicole attended Duquesne University where she graduated with a BA in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Minor in Violin and Business Administration. Her dual degree opportunities allowed her to grow as a marketing strategist as well as a violinist. Nicole was an active student in the Mary Pappert School of Music, studying with Rachel Stegeman, and performing as part of the Duquesne Symphony Orchestra for all 4 years of college, sitting Principle 2nd Violin under Maestro Meyer for the 2017 fall cycle.

Over the last 10 years, she has performed with regional orchestras like the Butler County Symphony Orchestra, Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra, the Johnston Symphony Orchestra, and musical pits around the Pittsburgh area. She has also shared the stage with legendary recording artists like Josh Groban, Evanescence, Il Divo, The Jacksons, Foreigner, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Michael Buble.

Most recently she was the Assistant Concertmaster for the Warren Haynes Now Is the Time Tour (2024). She was also recently a featured soloist with the River City Brass (Oct 2024) and the Gilded Stage Performance company (March 2024 & September 2024). Nicole graduated from West Virginia University December 2021 with her MS in Data Marketing Communications. She currently serves as a mentor to WVU Reed College of Media graduate students pursuing artistic professions, and spoke on a panel in April 2025 about building your artistic career in today’s world.
