Join BCSO accordionist Cody Arthur McSherry and conductor Moon Doh for a special pre-concert talk before the A Jazz Odyssey concert on Saturday, November 1.

Cody is an accomplished young musician performing with the BCSO for the first time. He gained national recognition at age 15 after a solo performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., and has since earned numerous awards from the American Accordionists’ Association, the Leavenworth International Accordion Celebration, and the American Accordion Musicological Society.

For the past four years, Cody has toured the country as an accordionist with The Tamburitzans, an international folk music and dance ensemble, where he also arranged music for the past three seasons.
