Butler Symphony Hosts Free Memorial Day Weekend Park Concerts

The Butler County Symphony Orchestra will host two FREE concerts in Butler County on May 29th to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend in the community.

These concerts will feature a chamber ensemble of 14 Butler Symphony musicians performing a variety of Americana, Patriotic and Classical music including works such as Stars and Stripes Forever by John Philip Sousa, God Bless America by Irving Berlin, and “Nimrod” from the Enigma Variations by Sir Edward Elgar.

The concerts will be held on Saturday, May 29th at Butler’s Alameda Park at 11:00AM and the Zelienople Community Park at 2:00PM.

Members of the surrounding communities are invited to come enjoy these free concerts and are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, picnics and social distance in the park.
